Redbreast 27 Year Old Irish Whiskey is whiskey perfected over 27 years. Triple distilled in copper pot stills, the whiskey is matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and ruby port casks. It is the oldest permanent release in the Redbreast family at cask strength (54.6% ABV). 

The nose is extraordinarily rich. Enjoy tropical fruits, prunes, black cherries, orange peel, chocolate‑covered raisins, mace, cinnamon, and cloves with every whiff. On the palate, bourbon casks contribute vanilla and toasted oak, sherry adds nuttiness and dried fruit, while ruby port imparts mango, pineapple, candied walnuts, and fleshy fruit. The mouthfeel is silky, luxurious, and layered. The finish is extraordinarily long, lingering with oak, warm spices, and barley sweetness.
