Beautiful new with tags short dress by Betsy & Adam
The color is between a navy blue and a deep purple (indigo perhaps?)
Size 4 but loose fitting
The dress is one full layer with the ruffle one shoulder short sleeve layer over and an asymmetrical gold strap with rhinestones to compliment the look.
The gold chain has some detached links, and a few missing rhinestones, honestly even in the close up picture I had a hard time showing it because I don’t think it’s very noticeable, but it bears mentioning.
